MANDATED REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
SWCDs are required to post independent audits, Clean Water Funding grant reports, and annual budgets on their websites annually. Reports and documents that meet State requirements will be posted on this page.
PLANNING
The SWCD is an active partner in local water planning efforts. The County Comprehensive Local Water Management Plan is currently being replaced by watershed-based plans.
FINANCIAL REPORTS
SWCDs are required to be independently audited on an annual basis. This report must be posted on the SWCD website, along with the current year’s budget.
GRANT AND CONTRACT REPORTS
SWCDs must post annual reports of accomplishments and expenditures for grants and contracts received from the Board of Water and Soil Resources and the MN Pollution Control Agency.
